Terms & Conditions:
• Rates are applicable on a per night basis.
• Maximum duration of stay bookable for this offer is 15 nights.
• A deposit amount of 100% on the total room rate applicable will be charged at the time of making reservation online. No retention would be charged if cancelled 2 days prior to check-in (before 12.00 noon).
• Extra bed is available at an additional cost.
• Rates are exclusive of taxes and service charges, payable at the time of check – out.
• All extra services & amenities not part of this offer will be on an additional charge.
• Rates are commissionable to Travel Agents by 10%.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s) available through any loyalty programme run by Daspalla.
• As a government mandate, guests are requested to carry a valid / official photo identity proof at the time of check-in.
• Daspalla reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of this offer, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without any notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- There will be no charges before 48 hours, from day of arrival
- In the event of a refund due from us, please note that the same will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation
